In order to get a refund, the following must all be completed within the time frames listed.

1) Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to let us know you would like a refund.  We have tracking on every item that is shipped, so we know the date and time that the furniture was delivered.  Yes, we have had people try to lie about this but the tracking information does not lie!  We value honesty!

2) Ship the item back to us within 5 days of receiving the item.  The customer will be responsible for all packaging and shipping costs to send the item(s) back to us.

3) The item must be received by us in the original condition as it arrived.  If there is damage to the furniture, the customer will be responsible for the loss of value to the item.  We highly recommend that the customer pays for shipping insurance (just like we do when we ship the furniture to you) when shipping the item(s) back to us in case the item(s) get damaged in transit.  

4) There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.  No exceptions.

5) Due to the difficulty of re selling custom order's, we cannot give refunds or exchanges for any custom orders. Custom orders mean any size, color, finish, style and/ or hardware that the customer chooses.  Items that are not custom orders are furniture that is already built and ready to ship as is.  Furniture that is not considered custom orders will be marked  "READY TO SHIP-NOT CUSTOM"

6) Shipping Damage: Although rare, sometimes furniture get's damaged during shipping.  If damage has occurred as a result of shipping, then you must contact us within 24 hours from the time the furniture was delivered, so we can make this right!  Unfortunately, If you do not contact us within 24 hours, then there will be no refund or exchange given.  We will need the following documentation; in order, to submit an insurance claim.  If we do not receive the following documentation within 24 hours from the time the damaged furniture was delivered, then no refund or exchange will be given.  We will need 4 pictures (all 4 sides of the box) of the shipping box, showing damage to the box.  We will need detailed pictures of the damaged furniture.  We will need at least 2 up close pictures of the damaged area(s).  We will need at least 2 pictures showing the entire furniture item in one picture.  Finally, we will need a detailed description stating the damage to the box and the furniture item.  All of this documentation should be sent to Sales.HCFurniture@gmail.comOnce the insurance claim is complete, we will issue you a refund or exchange your damaged furniture for the exact same style, color and size as originally ordered.  No changes can be made.

7) We reserve the right to accept or deny returns and refunds at our sole discretion.
