Shipping Policy & Information
We can ship most furniture to many different states, but please message us prior to ordering to confirm that we ship or deliver to your area.
Assembly will be required on items that are shipped. No worries though because we make assembly very easy and fast!
L shaped desk tops will be in 2 sections. Once you receive the item, there will be detailed directions on how to assemble the desk. If we are hand delivering your desk, your L shape top will either be in 1 piece or two pieces.
We use hand delivery, UPS, USPS, Fed Ex and third party shipping services to ship our furniture. The type of delivery you will receive is based on the type of furniture, the amount of furniture items and your location.
We have shipping insurance on every furniture item we ship, so please make sure you read the shipping information in the rare event your item(s) get damaged in transit.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
If your furniture is being hand delivered or if we are using a 3rd party shipper, we kindly ask that someone is available to assist in lifting the furniture. Since, our furniture is wood, it tends to be very heavy and large and assistance is usually needed.
* Shipping Damage: Although rare, sometimes furniture get's damaged during shipping. If damage has occurred as a result of shipping, then you must contact us within 24 hours from the time the furniture was delivered, so we can make this right! Unfortunately, If you do not contact us within 24 hours, then there will be no refund or exchange given. We will need the following documentation; in order, to submit an insurance claim. If we do not receive the following documentation within 24 hours from the time the damaged furniture was delivered, then no refund or exchange will be given. We will need 4 pictures (all 4 sides of the box) of the shipping box, showing damage to the box. We will need detailed pictures of the damaged furniture. We will need at least 2 up close pictures of the damaged area(s). We will need at least 2 pictures showing the entire furniture item in one picture. Finally, we will need a detailed description stating the damage to the box and the furniture item. All of this documentation should be sent to Sales.HCFurniture@gmail.com. Once the insurance claim is complete, we will issue you a refund or exchange your damaged furniture for the exact same style, color and size as originally ordered.
